What causes teeth to be crooked?
Crooked teeth may be caused by genetics, the size of our mouths, misaligned jaws (overbites & underbites). It can also be caused by thumb sucking as a child. Accidents and other traumas can also contribute to movement of the teeth.
Why doesn’t teeth whitening work on my teeth?
Traditional whitening treatments do not work on porcelain or most cosmetic bonding materials. If you have deep intrinsic stains due to aging, trauma or certain medications, teeth whitening typically won’t give you the results you’re looking for.
Can I change fillings from grey to white?
Fillings have typically in the past been made with an amalgam material which has a grey / dark appearance. We use composite resin material which is inert, safe and can be made to match your natural teeth colour.
What kind of results can I expect?
